Product Development and Production Process Quality Management

LYG's quality system covers the seamless connection from new product development to mass production plant to ensure the stability of mass production. Through the QCS(Quality Control System) and PDAS (Production Data Analysis System) systems of Lingyange, the consistency of production quality is confirmed and monitored.

Quality control process, we can quickly respond to any potential quality risks and abnormal feedback, trace the root of the problem, find out the root cause, formulate improvement measures, and continue to improve product quality.

Quality risk and exception management process

Starting from the abnormal feedback, set the deadline for the completion of each link, and the system prompts and tracks until the problem is closed. Classify abnormal types, track and introduce corrective and preventive measures into design specifications and control plans. Continuously improve product design and quality management.

QCS production process quality management system

LYG releases project NPI and ECN through QCS (Quality Control System), initiates rigorous internal review and approval, and submits to the corresponding factory for effect. Mass production work order is automatically sent to the factory for production according to the correct information of NPI/ECN. To ensure that the factory can use the most correct production process to produce products.

Through the QCS system, the NPI/ECN version can be automatically controlled for logical checks and content verification. The effective connection between the work order system and the NPI/ ECN system can ensure the correctness of the work order, effectively reduce the errors and losses caused by human error, and ensure the production quality.

PDAS Production Data Analysis Management System

LYG has built a set of data analysis system for product production data, which transmits the relevant data of the whole production process from Foundry, Assembly House and Testing House to LYG data center for storage through B2B, so as to achieve the traceability of the production process.

The production data analysis system monitors all process indicators to ensure the production quality of the product to meet the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 26262. When there is a low yield in product production, the cause can be found out through data analysis, and then solved to improve the yield. In addition, the data system can provide data support for Zero Defect production of vehicle regulations.

Reliability Demonstration

Upon completion of product development, reliability verification shall be carried out with samples, and a suitable reliability verification plan shall be formulated and implemented according to product characteristics and the market demand for the product. Through the reliability verification, it is the best basis for testifying product quality.

In addition to product design and development and mass production for customers, LYG also assists customers to complete reliability verification according to product specifications (consumer, vehicle, aerospace, etc.).

Failure Analysis Process

According to the investigation results of the failure situation, Lingyange assists the customer to make the failure analysis plan, and then carries out the corresponding appearance analysis, non-destructive analysis and electrical analysis with the appropriate laboratory equipment to find the exact failure point, deduce the possible causes of the failure according to the corresponding circuit Layout, and use it as the basis for improvement.

With the confirmation of the failure point, LYG can assist customers to modify the FIB circuit to confirm the effect of circuit improvement.
