Quality Management System

Lingyange pay high attention to the quality management system setup at the very beginning. We have completed the ISO 9001:2015 quality system certification for all our sites in 2022.

New Product Development Quality Management

Begins from initial stage of new product planning, introduction and runs through the design stage, material selection, process flow definition, CTQ monitoring, etc., the quality management is applied for whole life time of new product development, thus to eventually achieve high reliability for the products.

Quality management for mass production

In the mass production stage, through the SPC, yield management, regular reliability monitoring and some other control methods, we are able to detect the trend of process variation, so that we can take immediate actions to ensure the stable quality of product.

At the same time, leverage the systematic quality control process, we can quickly respond to any potential quality risks and abnormal feedback, trace the abnormality, find out the root cause, take corrective and preventive actions to continuously improve the quality of product.

Supplier Quality Management

Our professional SQE team has established a supplier evaluation and qualification flow. LYG strictly follow the flow to ensure that our supplier's quality system and quality control meet the requirements of high quality products.
